Nutrition on the Move

Nutrition on the Move offers sound, practical nutrition recommendations for enhancing health, managing medical concerns with Medical Nutrition Therapy, helping manage weight, or or boosting sports performance. 

We base our nutrition programs and services on current, respected research in nutrition and health. Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics Susan Kundrat, MS, RD, LDN, CSSD, has over 20 years of experience as a nutrition expert plus the combined experience of an athlete, sports dietitian, mom, and health educator that will help you achieve your health, fitness, wellness, or sports goals, no matter how big or small. Susan is also the sports dietitian for the University of Illinois Athletics and also teams with North Carolina-based Sports Dietitian Michelle Rockwell, MS, RD, CSSD to provide sports nutrition trainings and services through RK Team Nutrition.

Nutrition on the Move is located in Strawberry Fields Natural Foods Store, a vibrant locally-owned natural foods grocery in downtown Urbana. She offers walk-in hours for nutrition or product questions every Wednesday from 11-1.
